Large, custom, Asian-inspired, contemporary home located in Capistrano Beach. This home sits directly on the sand along a private beach in the security-patrolled, gated community of Capistrano Bay. The location and views are phenomenal.

This large home is perfect for families to stretch out, or for that much needed romantic getaway for two. With the soaring ceilings, open living areas and phenomenal views, this home is the perfect vacation home for 2 or 14.

Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own private bathroom with an additional half-bath on the living level and a half-bath outside for the beach goers hot tub users.

Capistrano Beach is located 1/2 way between San Diego and Los Angeles just off the 5 Freeway. We are within 60 to 80 minutes drive to most 'want to see' sights in Orange County, San Diego, and Los Angeles.

If driving isn't what you want to do on your vacation, within a 1-mile walk (.6 - .8 miles) there are 4 restaurants (Mexican, Italian, Sushi, and an ocean-view sports bar with delicious food and outdoor seating). Of course you will be on the beach with all the ocean activities that come with that, but there is also the Dana Point harbor nearby where you can charter a fishing boat, rent jet skis, etc.

This home is a true luxury property and very RARE among beach rentals. Our home gives you the privacy and comforts of a 5 star resort but the convenience of your own home. Come and experience a beach rental property like no other--we cater to the discriminating guest!

NOTE: Due to limitation of VRBO's system, your VRBO-generated quote will not be accurate for stays less than 7 nights. After booking, you will receive an additional invoice if doing a shorter stay as follows:
6 nights: Additional 10% for rental portion ($1,019 in our low season)
5 nights: Additional 23% for rental portion ($1,969 in our low season)
4 nights: Additional 40% for rental portion ($2,747 in our low season)
3 nights: Additional 66% for rental portion ($3,348 in our low season)

NOTE: We collect a security deposit from all guests. As VRBO does not collect security deposits, you will be separately invoiced $2,500 for this after booking. We collect this in case of damage, missing items, etc.. We refund it after checkout. We have rarely deducted from security deposits.

NOTE: Unless we require a longer stay, our minimum stay over holiday weeks is 7 nights per holiday at the full holiday rate. (We typically price holidays weekend to weekend, so if you go midweek to midweek over any part of a holiday week, we will have to make an adjustment to the vrbo-listed rate.)
