Dan River Vacation Packages

The hotel is fairly new so the property is well kept. The entire staff I came in contact with was very helpful and attentive. Location is ideal, walking distance to a Top Golf and entertainment facility for kids and adults in the evening and very close to the highway. My only one complaint is that the hotel does not provide a pot or pan for cooking on the electric range. I was there for a little over a week and that would've been very helpful. I did appreciate the microwave and apartment size fridge. Overall, lovely property and I would stay there again.

The most convenient location in High Point. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The owner was almost always on site and always had a "thank you" or an "anything you need?" ready. The motel is older but is well kept. The rooms are small but comfortable.

Wingate by Wyndham High Point hotel during my stay from Sept 30 through Oct 5, 2026. I made my reservation several months in advance and specifically chose this hotel because it advertised shuttle transportation to and from the airport. This was my first visit to Greensboro, North Carolina, having access to the shuttle service was an important factor in my decision. Upon arriving on Sept 30, my flight had been delayed multiple times. When I contacted the hotel to arrange transportation from the airport, I was informed that shuttle service required 24-hour advance notice. However, when I previously called to verify my reservation, I was instructed to call the hotel upon arrival. These conflicting instructions left me without the transportation I had expected. The gentleman I spoke with politely advised me to take an Uber, resulting in an additional expense. After arriving and checking in, I specifically informed the hotel representative that I would also need shuttle transportation back to the airport on Monday, Oct 5. He assured me that he would arrange the transportation that evening. As my stay continued, I made several attempts to verify my scheduled departure shuttle. Unfortunately, I was informed by multiple staff members that the shuttle was unavailable. The housekeeping service was equally disappointing. My room was not cleaned during the majority of my stay. I had to request clean towels each day. As a result, I incurred another $30 Lyft charged. Please refund me.
