The hotel is located in a lush area of Dallas. The neighborhood is nice and the hotel is exceptional. From the staff to the condition of the rooms and the quality of the restaurant, it was a wonderful stay.

They are exceptional in their service and even when we had an alarm going off in our row while I was recovering after surgery, they kindly made things right and I appreciate it their efforts and their professionalism. It is always very comfortable as if being at home and not a hotel very accommodating we will be back every time.

Quiet room. Courteous staff. One complaint: the bathroom door obstructs the toilet unless you fully close the door. Maybe because I was assigned to an accessible room. It was annoying.
