We had a great stay at this home. The house was clean, modern, and exactly as described. The layout was perfect for both work and family time, with comfortable beds and well-maintained amenities throughout. The location was convenient and quiet, close to Frisco and Allen, which made getting around very easy. The host was responsive and provided clear check-in instructions, making the entire stay smooth and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Very nice property. Lots of space and games inside and out for your entertainment. No house is 100% perfect so I will note that the cleaners left a soiled towel and there was lathe dust bunnies on the ceiling vents which was a turn off.I reported the issues to the host and they seemed to want to sincerely make things right.There was a lot of concussion over the booking and pricing which Vrbo sorted out.Check out was seem less and as we traveled for funeral the host was great when we got stuck in traffic and needed a little extra time to get packed upI love the house with garage and yard its a comfortable place to stay as a group and decompress or rest. We didn't get to use the yard as it was extremely hot during our stay and there are bunnies in the yard living so for safety we stayed away from them as they took over the yard.i wish there had been an offer of accommodation for that inconvenience as we really wanted to spend more time outside in the evenings
