Location Location location

A great space in a great location with owners who are very responsive. We enjoyed all the amenities at the house, and in the area, with short trips to entertainment, necessities, and restaurants, this place has it all!

AT&T Concert

The property was as described, with a great location and accurate interior photos. However, exterior photos were missing and should be included to give future renters a complete view of the property. The home was tastefully decorated, though the furnishings felt worn and of lower quality. While it clearly functions as a rental, we still had an enjoyable stay—largely thanks to the appealing location.One area for improvement is communication. The interaction felt impersonal, more like messaging a property management system than a host. I had to ask who I was actually speaking with, which diminished the personal touch.Overall, I would rate the property a 7 out of 10

Great place

The house was bright, spacious and clean. The locations to the Stadiums, restaurants, etc all walking distance. The house is a short distance off the freeway. I will definitely stay in this house again.

We had five couples all the women were former rangerettes and we performed at the Cotton Bowl. The house was everything we would’ve wanted. We enjoyed our stay would highly recommend it.

Great location for local events

Overall, property is as described and was very nice. Plenty of space for our group and nice common areas for hanging out. Location to AT&T is a huge advantage as we were able to walk to the stadium and avoid parking and traffic. The walk is about 15-20 minutes and not too bad. I would choose to stay there again if we came back to a Dallas game or other events at AT&T stadium or Globe Life.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable.

The neighborhood was very peaceful and a super convenient location. The house is within walking distance from everything, places to eat, shop and/or entertainment. I will definitely save this rental for whenever I visit Dallas.

The stay was very pleasant ; everything was very neat and clean the photos looked just like the inside of the place. Close by many restaurants and stores. The neighborhood was very quiet as well. Most definitely made our vacation enjoyable and very welcoming.

Great stay for Rangers and US Soccer in Arlington!

Very nice property with ample space for 6 adults that we brought on this trip. Could've easily had 4 more. Walking distance to Globe Life and especially AT&T Stadium. Transitional neighborhood - some older, some newer/updated homes, but this one was very nicely updated inside. Was hot outside (97+ degrees) but were comfortable inside, no problems. Will stay here again for any sports/concert events!

Fantastic Location!

Quick trip to view the Total Eclipse. Location couldn’t have been better. We went to a baseball game, spent a day at six flags, and had easy short commutes to either Dallas or Fort Worth. Plenty of sleeping room and worked well for the family. Quick communication from the owners.

Just a few short comings.

There was difficulty getting even air flow throughout the house. So Maria is too hot other areas too cold. The oven temperature is not accurate so be warned. A few meal items were burnt. Electrical needs to be updated. Straw being lights on some of the bulbs and too much pole on the circuits in certain areas.
