The staff were very kind and helpful but my experience at this hotel was not the best. There was no hot water to shower for two days, the bed sheets were stained, and my first room reeked of cigarette smoke. The staff were very accommodating, but the hotel itself needs modifications.

Southwest cancelled my flight, no explanation, and booked me for the next day. That would not work so I booked a new flight, at 4AM, with American Airlines. I had a hotel reservation and tickets for Dallas Cowboys vs LA Rams. I cancelled the southwest flight and they wouldn’t give me a full refund. They gave me credit towards a new flight in the future. The problem is, I have no confidence in them and never want to fly with them again. Also the hotel in Arlington TX had no hot water for two of the three nights we were there. Awful!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful over all. The hotel is a little older and has some areas in need of upkeep but it was clean overall and comfortable. The location was convenient to the Cowboys' stadium and the airport was only 15 minutes away. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for our visit.
