I’m a repeat customer. However this last trip disappointed me tremendously. There was blood on my sheets and comforter. I didn’t notice until I was looking for an earring and turn the covers all the way back.

I booked a hotel in Garland Tx, Expedia moved the reservation to another Holiday Inn without even contacting me first. And I had to take the toll to get there costing me more.

Check in was easy and staff was friendly. We left for a bit and when we came back, our door was propped open. Nothing in our room appeared to have been touched but the hallway had a very strong odor of Marijuana and it was seeping into our room since it had been open. We requested a new room and was accommodated quickly. The rooms were small. The bed was very uncomfortable and sunk in the middle. Not sure about breakfast as we didn't have time to sit and wait for it as it was apparently made to order?? My husband went down to just get coffee and an employee had to take his cup back and fill it. We will never stay here again and have chosen to mark all Holiday Inns off our list due to other recent bad experiences.
