I Frequent DFW for many reasons from business to pleasure. I have stayed in many hotels in Plano/Frisco/Mckinney area. I was looking for a a facility that had covered parking with all the bad weather in th area it appears in their photos there is covered parking for the area, cars are subject to to towing after 3:00 am I was told after checking in. The staff is excellent, my room was spotless. The fridge is large, nice sink and microwave. It also has a Keurig but only 1 coffee. If you do get a room on parking garage side move the sound is loud as is the road noise from SR-121 and the frontage road. So unless you have a client you are taking to Bob's Chop House there are many other places with more value in the area.

We were pleasantly surprised with how convenient and smart everything about this hotel was. My only comment was the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, upon check in I found litter by the seating area. Other than that we would definitely visit again.

We love staying here! The location is unbeatable for catching a concert or eating in one of the many great restaurants in District 121. The apartahotel style is so homey, with everything you could possibly need. They have a midsize refrigerator with freezer (not mini fridge), coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, and even a handheld steamer if you forgot yours at home! I love the modern, urban vibe throughout. It’s our Go To hotel when we’re in town for a tennis tournament. Btw, there’s a bit of a vintage tennis & golf theme throughout - classy not obnoxious. The staff is always very welcoming and helpful. We’ve only seen one person at the front desk though so during busy times, you’ll have to wait your turn in line.
