Like any rural home, you can expect more interactions with wildlife and insects than in the city. The drive into the property is an easement through another rural property on a well maintained gravel road. The road does have some hills, but is easy to drive even in a sedan. The easement does have some interesting country flair, and a generally unwelcoming amount of no trespassing signs. We recommend you keep your speed on the egress under 10mph, and if questioned by the easement property owner, simply state you are a guest at the cottage up the hill and proceed along your route. keep driving until you reach the blue and white cottage. We have all permits and licenses for operations.
