What an awesome experience. Breathtaking to say the least. The grounds have plenty to see and do including various dining options. The Golden Hands Bridge is for sure a must see in a lifetime. There will also plenty of areas to capture the most amazing photos. The hotel itself has like a Harry Potter feel to me. Our room was very hot, even though the staff responded promptly we couldn’t seem to get it at a comfortable temperature. There is also a trick with the lighting. It was all or nothing. The main switch also control the bathroom area. I’m sure we could have called Steve out for that also but we were too tired. Overall, it was great.

The hotel's staff was excellent. They were really friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. Our rooms were old, but fine. Our bed was a little too soft. When we checked out, the hotel charged us for a broken cup in the room. Although it was a small amount, it left a bad impression after charging too much for our rooms.
We had a great stay at Mercure. The breakfast spread was awesome and service staff was absolutely attentive. I am grateful to the receptionist at the cable car station who processed our check-in with not too much hassle as my husband’s English name was not in the passport hence did not match with the booking’s name. It was a pity that we missed the Alpine Coaster during the cloudy weather. Overall, we enjoyed the foods, sceneries and the cool weather. The only thing that was not comfortable for us was the bed since we are not used to hard bedding.
The hotel was the most expensive we paid for whole in Vietnam but was by far the worse we stayed in. The corridor smelt of urine, the room was a bit dated and the shower didn't heat up. The breakfast buffet had a good choice but the food was cold.
The hotel was really nice breakfast was huge with many choices. The sink in the room was plugged and a funky smell. Worst was checking out, total chaos
Had a deluxe room with balcony and the balcony was awesome, tons of plants and a table and chairs.
They start music in hallways at 630am.....bit early if you want to sleep.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Do not stay in Ba Na hills, waste of money and not enough staff. The luggage boys worked so hard. Our bedroom was dirty and had stains on it.
Room was a 4 Star. The internet was a 2 Star and the breakfast as terrible, it was like a factory canteen. Mercure should be ashamed to offer this to guests.
What I like the best about this property, it has a medical staff because my wife has food poisoning and the nurse came to our room within 10 minutes and took care of her. I was really impressed with this service at no extra cost.
The theme is an old French village, and the architecture reflects that. However, I wish the room had been bigger and cleaner. We can smell sewage every time we got back from our exploration which is a huge minus. The property itself is very pretty and huge. You'll need at least 2 days to fully explore. That said, it's up on the mountains, and the cable cars to get down stop operating around 4:30pm, I believe, which doesn't give you the option to leave for dinner elsewhere, and you're stuck with what they have to offer, which is a total of probably 3 restaurants that operate til 9pm since the rest of the place closes down at the same time the last cable car leaves. Food is alright, I'd say 6.5/10, and overpriced. Come for the architecture, not for the food

The A/C did not cool the room at all. 23.5 C all night was difficult to sleep. They provided a room that was accessible only by using stairs. This was not mentioned when we booked.
We are so glad we stayed up here to fully enjoy the grounds of the park when the majority of the tourists leave down the cable car for the day. It allowed us to explore and take the most amazing photos.
Checkin however was fairly disorganized. The room was well appointed but definitely not sound proofed as we could hear the baby next door crying as if it was in our room. Since it was just one night it was something we could deal with. We booked the deluxe king and my parents booked a standard - spend the extra $30 and get the deluxe.
I enjoyed the beauty surrounding the property. It’s a majestic place with something new to see around every corner. My room itself was clean with modern conveniences however the humidity that collects inside kept everything damp. I had to keep the window open for hours at a time to dry out my bedding which isn’t the hotels fault made my time inside not as enjoyable. I’m sure that if visited during another season it probably wouldn’t have been an issue. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.
Excellent stay, the room was clean comfortable with a nice bed and bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast had many options and was very tasty. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel for early access to the Golden Bridge before the crowds start to arrive and also access to the other attractions during the evening.

Staff are extremely helpful in helping with transportation services.
My primary criticism was with the check-in process. Arrival at the base of resort, and initial check-in there was very efficient. No complaints there. The problem was when I arrived off the the tram. I had no clear idea of where to go to find the hotel main reception, though I had a a vague idea from google maps for the area. There is absolutely no signage at the exit of the tram. I stumbled upon an "entrance" that was marked as Mercure Hotel, so I entered. This was the second floor so I took the elevator to ground floor, hoping to find the reception. The elevator opened to a chaos of luggage and people sitting around, being serviced by one young lady at a a small desk. I figured this couldn't be the "main" reception area for the hotel (turns out it wasn't) but neverheless tried to check-in here. I eventually was able to check-in though my room was in their "main" building and was eventually escorted there by one of the "bellboys". So here's what I didn't know, and strong suggestions for the hotel to help out with customer check-in. One: it is not clear on your website or in any of your communications that the Mercure Hotel is actually several buildings, with names such as Hotel de Nice, Hotel de Marseille, Hotel de Paris (main), Hotel de Toulouse, and I might be missing one. Dear management, please provide a suitable map on your website identifying ALL your hotel buildings, and clear instructions as to where to go upon exiting the usual tram.
Besides the weather we loved this stay. The area was just magical, the food was great but unfortunately the weather wasn’t good so a lot of the attractions and restaurants were closed
