Room was in a good condition.
1. The view of the dragon bridge is good. We watched the fire show from the hotel which I think was the right choice.
2. Big bathtub
3. Close to all amenities, including a convinience store, pharmacy, restaurants.
4. Staff is really helpful. They helped me to book a reservation at a restaurant as well.
5. Breakfast was alright. Little vegan/vegetarian options though. Desserts were good.
There were a couple of issues with the room
1. The size of the room is too small. There is barely any room to walk. The balcony is just one feet wide and cannot hold more than one person.
2. Hot water pressure was very weak especially in the bathtub. It took more than an 60 minutes to fill half the bathtub with hot water
3. If you get room on the lower floor, it can be a bit disturbing to hear noise of the road all day and night. Though the staff does know this and provide ear plugs which was a good touch.
4. They give water in two 250ml bottles and charge for extra water. They should give two 500ml bottles like all the hotels everywhere else in the world.
1. The pool windows were very dirty and the view of the bridge kinda gets lost behind the dirt. The pool also had no changing rooms. There are shower rooms and toilet but nowhere to hang your clothes. There was no staff at the pool when we went and they were out of towels.
