The property was in a great location and the beds were very comfy.
However after a long travel day, me and my partner had just got to sleep when a room down the corridor decided to leave the door wide open and use an industrial vacum (it was far louder than your average vacum) for 30 minutes at 11:30pm, when I phoned down the reception they said they were vacum packing a guests luggage and we just had to wait for the noise to stop, I didn't feel like this was a resonable response to a noise complaint. To me this is far too late to be vacuming when other guests are trying to sleep and something that should have either been done at a more reasonable hour or the guest needing stuff vacum packed should have had to go to the reception floor where there were no other guest rooms. This was then followed by drilling work starting in the room next door at 7:30am.
