We had a great stay for 3 nights at Alani hotel which is right in the centre of where you want to be in Da Nang. Tina and Helen, at the front desk were very accommodating. The two Bellman we met were also great (unfortunately we didn’t get their names).

The hotel had an excellent location with easy beach access. The room was ample for our family of five and we had a great breakfast each day we stayed at the hotel. Those things would be enough to make our stay the pleasure it was, but the hotel's incredible staff was the most special part of our hotel experience. The staff was always cheerful, helpful and polite. They were fantastic!

All the staff were friendly and helpful. We had our laundry done a few times. The price was reasonable and they always came back folded nicely. Cleaning staff were great and always accommodated our schedule of going to the gym. Breakfast was good. Location was great! A short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and markets to choose from. Special shout out to Harry who treated us as a friend. Always had a chat with us whether we were coming or going to the hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights in Alani Hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here. Very close to the beach, bars, restaurants & spas. The best part is the staff is very helpful. The Hotel was good all round, good location staff helpful. The staff that cleaned our room were excellent could not praise them enough. The only negative id the Breakfast was dreadful, all of the hot food was cold often under cooked. poor choice. we went out elsewhere
