Clogged sink, stinky room: extra heavy chemical fragrances trying to disguise the horrible sewage odors emerging from the bathroom. Double that with extremely heavy chemically scented bedsheets and pillow cases. The breakfast was absolutely miserable. The scrambled eggs were a greasy fluid smelling like chicken (yikes!)

Chegamos de madrugada e fomos muito bem atendidos por todos os funcionários, tanto na recepção quanto café. O quarto é simples como nas fotos, tem frigobar, mesa com cadeira e TV comum com poucos canais. No nosso quarto tinha duas manchas grandes no carpete... O banheiro é grande e tem uma ducha boa, mas não esquentava muito (estava 10 graus em Curitiba). Outra coisa é que tinha secador no quarto, mas não funcionava de jeito nenhum. O café da manhã era muito simples, 2 pães, 2 frios, 2 sucos, café, leite, alguns grãos e iogurte. Vi que tinha boleiras, mas quando fomos tomar café 9h já não tinha mais bolo. Apesar disso, ficamos apenas 2 noites, então se vc busca uma hospedagem pra viagens curtas, que vc não vai passar muito tempo no quarto vale a pena pelo custo-benefício...

Quarta estava com vazamento. Tive que ser colocado em outro. As acomodações muito antigas. Quarto não estava bem higienizado. No segundo dia, apenas arrumaram a cama. Não retiraram o lixo e nem as garrafas plásticas. No terceiro, nem foi feita a limpeza.

pontos positivos: ótima localização, tem um mercado em frente ao hotel, farmácias, lojas, shopping na esquina, ponto de ônibus e fica há menos de 2km da rodoviária e menos de 20km do aeroporto; todos os funcionários são gentis, facilitaram o checkin antecipado e o checkout é super rápido e prático. o café da manhã é gostoso e tem uma variedade bacana, sendo tudo bem feito e o local limpo e organizado. pontos negativos: os quartos tem uma aparência de motel, minha cama ainda tinha um painel com uma caixa de som desativada, botões de controle pra luz, música, rádio (todos desativados). a cama fazia muito barulho! do quarto dava pra ouvir barulhos do quarto ao lado, como as pessoas abrindo o registro de água no banheiro e etc. o quarto em si e o banheiro não são muito bonitos, mas são bem limpos. se for só pra dormir, está bom. mas se quiser uma experiência melhor, não vai suprir.

O quarto estava limpo, mas tinha roupa de cama manchada, era pequeno, mas estava. O elevador parou de funcionar algumas vezes no período dos dias que fiquei, café da manhã ok, não tem flexibilidade para check in e checkout. O atendimento dos colaboradores é bom, mas eles seguem as políticas da empresa. Localização é boa. O cliente é seu maior ativo e as empresas não entendem isso. Minha namorada passou mal, precisei ser atendido numa UPA e ela precisaria ficar em repouso, meu checkout era 12:00 pedi para estender até 14 hrs, pois meu voo seria as 16 hrs, pediram para que pagasse uma diária.... Isso é falta de tato, solidariedade, respeito ao seu consumidor e tantos outros, a crítica vai para política do hotel e não para os colaboradores.

O local era extremamente inadequado, sujo, mau cheiro, objetos quedrados, pisos soltos, elevador quebrado funcionamento. idosos em escadas devido a quartos em andares inapropriados fomos informados nos agua de que não havia estaionanmeetno e direcioandas a umparticualr,s endo que o site e a plataforma do hotel apontam estacionamento proprio. O que era para ser 2 estadias resultou numa desistência com muitos transtornos.

Nunca mais fico hospedado nesse hotel ,cama horrível,ar condicionado antigo,arrumavam a cama quando queriam ,café da manhã estava que era até as 10:00 as 9:30 já não tinha mais nada ,elevador parou de funcionar várias vezes ,so na foto tem dois pois não funcionam,estava no 5 andar e quase todas as vezes subindo e descendo escada ,do 5 ao 3 sem luzes nas escadas ,bom fazer uma denúncia para o corpo de bombeiro.
