I heard from an employee that the place is getting sold, therefore everyone is demotivated and confused abou job security. No one wears name badges, no smiles, Irene took 18 minutes to check us, I had to show picture of a coffee pot on their Expedia photos to get one send to my room. Furniture old, breakfast . There is no culture of service. Rodrigo was little more cooperative after initial conflict.

I'd go back

The hotel was close to where I was taking a course, so the location was important. The breakfast was excellent and made a difference for me. The room was spacious, clean and it felt like a studio apartment. They kept the place clean. My only complaint is that there no switches where I could plug my laptop and phone. I asked for an adaptor which was provided on the 2nd day. There's no business office and I couldn't print anything. Finally, I was offered to log in using the front desk computer in order to get a couple of pages printed. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Unexpected Treasure in Heart of Batel

The hotel was more than we expected. Location was great, with shopping, wonderful restaurants and coffee houses within easy walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was amazing! We definitely plan to stay there again.

Stayed for 2 nights at this centrally located hotel. The hotel is looking dated and in need of some TLC. The location is great for shopping and restaurants. The hotel charges for parking which to me is a turn off so next time I will be looking at staying elsewhere. The breakfast food lacks appeal and is below average for Brazilian standards. The curtain in the room was damaged as was the soap dispenser in the bathroom.

Good location and tired hotel

I spent almost one week at this hotel in a recent business trip. The location is very convenient, but the hotel facilites left me disappointed. The wifi is very patchy and for work it was very difficult most of the time. The hotel is crying out for some TLC. Hotel food choice is limited and uninspiring.

Hotel has seen better days

Spent one night at this hotel as it is well located in Curitiba. The hotel is dated and could do with an upgrade of its facilities. Breakfast is disappointing as is the state of the swimming pool. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Everything Reasonable

Everything is reasonable in this hotel: service, comfort, cleanliness and, most of all, pricing. All of that in an unbeatable location at the heart of Batel, the neighborhood to stay in Curitiba. This is my second visit, six months apart, after a few other hotel experiences in the same region. In the end, even though this is not a cheap hotel it offers the best rate in the area for an average stay.
