We stayed in Cabin B, the lower cabin overlooking the lake, and it was absolutely incredible. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with beautiful woodwork and large windows that offer stunning views of the lake and surrounding property.The cabin was spotless and very well-maintained, with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It’s also conveniently located just off I-65, making it easy to get to while still feeling like a peaceful getaway.The lake itself is known as one of the cleanest in Alabama, and you can truly tell—the water is clear and inviting. We loved having a brand-new gas grill, which made it easy and fun to cook out each evening while enjoying the view.The dock was in great condition and featured a fun inflatable water trampoline. You can also rent kayaks right on the property, and the dock is perfect for fishing.Inside, the cabin has been beautifully updated with attention to detail in the woodwork, windows, cabinets, and countertops. Check-in was seamless, and the property owners were very responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with.We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked our next trip! I highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic lake getaway.

Was not able to stay, my sister is handy caped and was not able to walk the hill that was going down to the entrance. Did not know there was a hill going down to the cabin. Lost a lot of money because of it. Stayed at hotels the rest of the trip. I'm sure the cabin was fine just didn't get to experience it. And I didn't mention it to Tara and Branden couldn't get in the door either with the code. Knew I wasn't staying after the hill so I didn't mention it wasn't their fault.

This is the 2nd tine i have stayed, and i enjoyed it so much. My 2 daughters live a few miles from there which is why i choose the location location originally, and now im hooked, and its where i try to stau everytime i drive up to see them.my girls also love it. Mrs. Tara is super nice, and communicating with her is simple and easy.i look forward to a return visit at some point this summer

Very poor stay. The property is very loud when the upstairs unit is booked (fair enough this was mentioned in the listing). However the “air conditioning” is controlled by the people renting the upstairs cabin! How can they sell it with AC when someone else sets it to heat? We had to leave due to my 3 month old baby overheating and requiring medical attention. DO NOT BOOK

Great getaway

The cabin is cute, clean and convenient for a lake stay. We hope to be able to return and bring our boat to do some fishing. We fished off the dock in the evening and caught a bass and had a couple of other bites. It was a great place!

In town to visit Stoney Lonesome and this 2 bed 1 bath lake front home was perfect! A great space to go play all day and come back to relax in the evening. Host was wonderful and responded to any questions nearly immediately. Would love to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the space more!
