A little beach front cottage

A charming little yellow brick 1970s beach front cottage has private access to Warrain beach from the back, or access to the life saving club from the front (2 houses down the road). A large back balcony overlooking Warrain Beach, where you'll can spend most of your time enjoying the beach, when you're not swimming. Culburra is a relaxing suburb. In summer Culburra is filled with people. In winter and autumn it slows down to only the locals (great time to enjoy a weekend away from the city).

Our little beach cottage gets lots of love! We sometimes update the furniture and décor, so what you see in the photos might vary slightly — but it’s always the same relaxed coastal vibe.

There are external security camera around the property. One facing the back yard, one facing the front yard and on facing the driveway / street. These are for security purposes only and are deleted regularly.

We have stayed at Warrain Cottage more than a few times in recent years because we just love everything about it. So fortunate to be able to bring my sister and husband who live in the USA recently for a few days. The first thing she said on arrival was “I can see why you love it here”.
