Our home comprises 4 bedrooms and boasts a beautiful modern open plan kitchen, dining and living room which seamlessly open to the balcony where you can take in the fresh sea air.

On the ground floor there is a rumpus room containing a pool table, TV and oversized bean bag chairs for lounging. The rumpus room opens onto a back deck with outdoor dining table and bbq.

Take a break in the relaxing outdoor spa or enjoy an evening BBQ while the kids play in the large, grassed backyard or sit around the fire pit roasting marshmallows while you share a laugh with family and friends.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials needed including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, blender as well as other basics such as pots, pans and utensils.

Both bathrooms feature heating, walk-in shower and a toilet. The ground floor bathroom also includes a freestanding bath.

With its large footprint the house is perfect for a group of friends, large families or even multiple families to enjoy.
