Crystal Clear Canal front home with open water view! Home is located in a desirable community called Venture Out. Fully furnished, and beautifully decorated with popular Key West colors! Spacious and bright rooms are waiting for you! 3 Beds Cable TV throughout! Master bedroom features a queen bed, full bath, TV, and storage. Guest bedroom includes two twin beds, TV, storage and stackable washer and dryer. Living has lots of windows, sliding glass doors that lead to the porch, TV, 5 electric recliners in recliner, loveseat and couch. Kitchen is nicely equipped and includes coffee pot and Keurig maker, microwave and toaster. Home has ramp in front of property, and steps in back. Porch offers beautiful views with a small seating area. Out back is seating area seawall dock has BBQ grill, fish cleaning station, and swim ladder. Seawall can accommodate a boat up to35'! This privately owned community offers amazing amenities that include: a guarded and patrolled gate 24/7, Recreation Hall, Pavillion, heated pool, Jacuzzi, Fishing, Diving, Tennis and Basketball courts, bocce ball, pickle ball, mini golf, Volleyball, Horse shoes, Shuffleboard and playground! Security cameras are located near the pool, jacuzzi and throughout the common areas of the property. Community events like yoga, pancake breakfasts on Saturday, pool aerobics, church bingo and more! One parking space for the home. Overflow parking is available for one other vehicle OR trailer. For convenience, be sure to visit the Venture Out Ships Store for those last minute necessities! There, you will also find two boat ramps and gas! Venture Out charges a one time registration fee of $125.00 for security and amenities of the community. It is due upon arrival and collected at the guard gate. You will be given a parking pass that needs to be displayed in your vehicle. Cash or credit card only. Week in the keys

When we checked we had two cars and a trailer so be aware you can only have one or the other which is a venture out rule. Our actual property was everything we expected. Great location! Everything we needed. The property manager was very helpful! The couch and living room area was comfy for our lazy day. The kitchen was great to hang out and play cards. We kept our boat parked out back and it was perfect! Thank you!!

Needs some work

Many things could have use updating and fixing. Listing showed bike, were none. Shower dripped the whole time. Light switches either did not work or were confusing to use. Not owners responsibility, but view of ocean blocked by neighbors trees. Step down from kitchen to living room and to master bedroom a hazard. Smoke alarms dismantled and no batteries.None of these things would stop us from using this house again, just hoping these things can be addressed.

Great trip!

We had a great time here! We’ve stayed in Venture Out before but first time at this property. There were 4 of us (me, my husband and 2 kids 11 and 7). It was a little tight for the 4 of us with the 1 bathroom but totally fine. We knew what we were getting from the listing. I loved all the small touches that many hosts don’t think about. Extra coolers, bikes, a keurig and coffee maker etc. thanks for everything!

Great for a short getaway

We enjoyed staying in Cudjoe. It was convenient to both Key West and Marathon where we spent most of our time. Waking up and having my morning tea by the water was lovely. The neighborhood is really nice too. Communication with the property manager and owner was prompt and friendly.

Very enjoyable

We enjoyed our stay. The livingroom, kitchen and dining areas are light and spacious . The bedrooms are on the small side. It's located in a nice,safe community. The driveway is a little short. We have a full size truck and it wouldn't fit completely in the driveway. The owners were very responsive and kept us updated.

Great location in Cudjoe Key

My first time staying in Cudjoe Key and it’s a great location. The porch overlooking the canal was perfect for morning coffee. Short drive to plenty of restaurants, and only 30 minutes to the airport.
