"The property was not as peaceful as I had hoped for. The listing says that people put into the river nearby and that only lasts a few hours in the morning. My experience was that locals posted up there all day, playing loud music. We had to play our music louder than we wanted to block them out. This started in the morning and lasted until after midnight. Also on Saturday morning for over an hour locals were skeet shooting a few hundred feet from the property. Hundreds of rounds were fired from multiple gun types. Other than that the property was clean and well stocked."
