Absolutely loved the property. Clean, convenient and had everything! However, communication with the host was not to my expectations as I have always received personal prompt responses from hosts. I requested an early check in multiple times due to a family member flying in from military deployment overseas the day of arriving, and got what seemed to be an auto reply each time saying he would get back with me shortly, which he did not do. Despite the issues regarding early check in, I would stay here again. The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient and the home was quite charming!

Property was pet friendly,clean,host responded to all guestions,activities was great. Just take bug spray for outside. We forgot. Need bird feeders. Seen all kinds including hemming bird. Will use again.

This property was clean, nicely decorated, and in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Only 15 minutes from the beach, and there was a lot of restaurants and shopping in the area. We also brought our two dogs which loved the large backyard.There was a very nice covered deck outback with a barbecue.Will definitely visit here again,

The house is as described... very clean and well appointed. However, the neighborhood is not as anticipated. We actually thought about leaving on the first night. We did stay without incident - but we will not use this property again solely based on its location.

We loved our stay! The house was spotless, well-stocked with plenty of amenities, and had so many fun photo spots. It was the perfect home base for our scalloping trip. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely consider coming back!

We loved the beautiful home and large back yard for our welcomed pups. The owner was very gracious and very responsive when I had questions. He even checked in with us after our 1st night to be sure everything was going great. The home was spotless when we arrived and that’s how we left it as well.

Best Place to Stay in Crystal River, Florida

In town for a weekend wedding. Great facility, convenient location, clean and well equipped (they do need an iron & ironing board though). I've never had a more responsive host. Easily accessible and on top of everything. I would definitely, without reservations, stay here again.

Long weekend in Crystal River

The house was cozy and perfect for a family. The beds were comfortable and the entire house was clean. They went so far as to provide a lot of the little things that make being away that much easier; coffee filters, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc. Would definitely recommend

Great family getaway

Awesome stay with the family and grandkids! House was clean, and fit everyone perfectly. Adnan is the perfect host! The games for the yard were a perfect touch for a little family wind down after a relaxing day on the water! Will definitely be back!
