Front desk very good and helpful. Toilet in the room ran all nite at strange and LOUD intervals. Our room faced a fairly busy road so traffic noise. That was something you could appreciate and understand but the rooms allowed for our “neighbors” massive decibel level TV to be heard all night! Rude and extremely annoying.

My daughter and I both woke up with bites on our arms. I told the front desk and it was a matter of facts type reactions. Behind the beds were dirty and the room smelled like mold.

We checked in for an overnight stay on our way to Orlando. The toilet in our bathroom was broken….not clogged the flushing handle was broken and appeared to be in that condition for some time. My husband went to the front desk to tell them about it and he said we met at with an attitude of they don’t have the part to fix it so pretty much too bad. The parking lot was empty so no reason to not offer us a room with a functional toilet. Have stopped here frequently in the past bc it’s an easy stop usually great service and clean. Won’t be back.

Nice but some issues.

My room was satisfactory with exception of microwave not working. I reported to morning desk clerk, but she didn't seem interested at all and barely took note of it. I'm sure the microwave will not be seen to. Very noisy area, but I carry a sound machine or I couldn't sleep at all.

Very good stay. Only negative is the breakfast offered is less than good. The hot food, eggs, sausage, etc. Pitiful. Cold cereal and a bagel is about the best available here.
