Hummingbird hideaway was a cute and well stocked stay. We were very comfortable in sweet little guest house. The location is very nice but know there are no views from the property even though you are on the mountain. The only thing we did not like was the lack of feeling private- it is attached to the owners property and they love onsite. When I booked there were not pics listed of exterior so when it updated I was a little worried but I was reassured we had exclusive use of deck and hot tub area. I asked if was also a rental and would it be occupied. We were sweetly greeted upon arrival by the owner, guided around the stay and her plants, she is very sweet. The deck, grill, seating and hot tub are all directly on the porch side of their home, while they kept things closed and did not come outside while we were out there except in passing it made my husband uncomfortable to be using their porch/ tub. Owner gave us a map and a magazine with info to help with hiking as we were leaving and is helpful. Also the stay is home to a female orange cat!!!!! She doesn’t bother you at all but she sweetened my stay to pull up and see her sitting on the porch.
