Beautiful condo in a great location.

This is a great condo outside of the downtown area but close to fabulous restaurants and beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen is well stocked and the hosts are great to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing views beautiful property

Wife and I stayed here for 10 amazing days! The views were incredible, the condo has everything you could want/need, plenty of room to spread out! The staff at the Palmar are amazing and our hosts were great! I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area to stay here!

We loved our stay!

Our stay was perfect! We loved the condo, it has everything for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Communication with the owners was easy and timed so that you were prepared every step of the way. I would stay here again, without a doubt, we just hope it is available!

Very pleasant, great location

Everything went well (even with Hurricane Beryl). We had stayed here before and would again. The property management team was responsive, made sure we were OK before and after the hurricane hitting the island.

Amazing spot in Cozumel

This place felt like a home away from home and was extraordinary. We’d love to watch the ships come in and go out. This unit had everything you could ask for and more and the host were awesome at communication. We would love to come back for a relaxing holiday

Our stay was fantastic. The condo was beautifully furnished with great amenities as well. Close to the ports if your a diver and great restaurants nearby. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Already booked for next year.

Great Views and Amenities!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and stocked with amenities. It had everything we needed- we especially appreciated the number of towels provided and all of the kitchenware for cooking, they even have a grill and a place on the balcony to wash your dive gear. The view was stunning and the pool was a great place to relax. Loved everything about this place!

Excellent luxury condo, great location!

This condo is just as beautiful as the pictures, and made for a great stay in Cozumel. We were within walking distance to many little bars/restaurants, and a short cab ride (or if you care to walk a mile or so) to shopping/others bars and restaurants. The owners are exceptional and very helpful if you have any questions. Loved everything thing about this condo and plan to return!
