Paradise

We have stayed on Matt and Isabella’s property’s several time’s now. The main reasons are the care and service you get. The properties are of course stellar but the confidence and response you get if something comes up or you just need some recommendations where to eat or who to fish with or a beach to go to. They treat you like family. Not the family you avoid the ones you actually like. lol. We just 10 days in Miramar 204 and it was perfection. If you can’t decide where to stay call Matt, he’ll hook you up!!

Wonderful experience

Matt was easy to work with, very helpful. The place is serene and quiet. The ocean access in the back is amazing, there is a reef along the coast so snorkeling is easy. View of ocean is awesome. Staff was very kind. Definitely would go back.

Casa Estupendo!

We have visited Cozumel for our SCUBA adventures many times over the years and this was by far our most memorable. Matt and Isabel have a beautiful property; incredibly comfortable with all the creature comforts anyone could ask for. The setting is tranquil and oh, the views! We felt very well taken care of and the few questions we had were answered immediately. If you are reading this review and have any thoughts of staying with these hosts I can only offer you this simple advice……Do not hesitate; you’ll be glad you didn’t! Thank you so much for providing us this beautiful location; you have given us family memories that will last our lifetimes. Already looking forward to next Spring and you can be sure it will be your home that we will be seeking.

Our family stayed for 10 days and really enjoyed it. Nice location, short cab ride to town. Safe. Pool was nice. Decent snorkeling right out front. Comfortable for our family of four. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Great vacation!

Wonderful stay

It was our 3rd time in Cozumel but first time staying on the north end of the island, and first time in this property. It definitely met expectations, with a gorgeous view, and clean, well laid-out spaces. The kitchen was well-furnished and the common area pool and snorkeling area was very pleasant. The property management here is especially noteworthy. The check-in instructions were thorough and clear, and the PM was extremely responsive. We reported a minor maintenance issue and the full-time maintenance person was able to resolve it the same morning. Tip: consider renting bikes! It's a ~30-40 min. walk to downtown (not unpleasant, but it can be hot, and you may not want to spend hours of your vacation walking up and down the main street). Taxis back and forth from the centro can add up (about $5 USD each way) and you can also spend some time waiting for them, especially during slow season. We rented bikes for about $15/person/day (from Best Bikes Cozumel) and loved being able to get around at our own pace, while getting a bit of exercise. This property has a convenient bike stand in a secure maintenance/ trash room that we used during our stay.

Outstanding!

We stayed with our two adult children recently in March. The condo was well appointed with new patio furniture in the unit. Wifi worked well but slow at times when streaming movies and Netflix. The pool area is outstanding with well kept patio area and diving platform into the sea. We frequently saw groundskeepers working to sweep, organize the pool deck and pool. I would recommend this complex to anyone and will likely return in the near future.

Miramar review

The Miramar condo was quiet and public areas was always clean. If we had any problems, they were corrected immediately. There was always a parking space available. The air-conditioning in the unit was excellent. We found snorkeling from Miramar towards the north for 0.4 mile track was better then the southern area of Cozumel. Grocery stores were easy to find.

Super Comfort for our 4 Adult Family

Traveled with our two sons (26 & 28 yo). Beautiful view of a beautiful island from the balconies. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Wonderful cleaning crew. Comfortable beds. Great pool area and snorkeling right in front. Linens and towels aplenty. Attentive staff for water replenishment and other minor needs. Limited WiFi signal on second floor though. All around great stay!

We always Love Miramar Condos. Been there many times. Small complex but right on the water with great views and pool area for sunset's. The staff are great and very accommodating. Will always go back.

Loved this Place!

Very nice unit! We’ve stayed at several Miramar units and think this is our favorite. Great view, very clean unit. Somehow we booked 1 day shy of our intended stay and Matias was very accommodating and was adding the extra day was seamless. We will be back!

Lovely Place but Not for children

Had a great stay however it is not safe for children. Since it rained every day for a week, the tile on the balconies, stairs to unit, pool area, we’re extremely slippery. The pool has no barrier to protect children from falling into the coral below. Although the water is super clear, the current is swift and you need to be a very good swimmer to enjoy the ocean

Fabulous location

This was an absolutely fabulous location. The condo is comfortable and had everything we needed. It is a bit older and the sea life takes a toll, but the condo and furnishing were great. The pool and access to the sea is wonderful. It is a small distance from town. We chose a Jeep rental so not sure how easy to get taxis from the rental, but driving Cozumel is so easy. It had all the usual amenities- wash/dry, full kitchen, iron, blow dryer, linens, paper products, even a purified water dispenser. Don't bother packing or purchasing anything before you arrive. Just bring swim and snorkel gear. The snorkeling from the stairs under the diving board is amazing, but there is a strong current. The military (naval) was training by swimming against the current toward town. So cool. Use HTL for Jeep. Use Maple Leaf for snorkel and diving. Be sure to eat at Casa Mission. Banorte gives better ATM rates than Scotia.

Beautiful Oceanside Retreat

What a beautiful place to stay - wake up to the Caribbean Sea and watch the sunset in the evenings. The snorkeling is also quite nice - there were a lot of sea urchins living right along the shore and we also spotted quite a few yellow rays. Just be wary of the current - swimming against that can be a workout. The condo had everything we needed and it was an easy walk to Puerto Abrigo, which is where our dive boat departed in the mornings. It was also easy to grab a taxi to get downtown. Matias was very easy to reach by email and was very responsive to our needs. He even helped us schedule our COVID testing before returning to the states and the price was cheaper than places downtown. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

Love the Miramar Complex. It's clean, quiet and great area. I've stayed there a few times and my 1st time on top floor. Unit was awesome and super comfy with great Sunset Views. Thanks for great trip!
