The property was a typical Holiday Inn Express. We try to stay at them when we travel. The only thing this one needed was body wash in the shower, it was empty. Light was burnt out on one of the bedsides and the hallway needed a vacuuming desperately

Do not recommend

Housekeeping, after many many requests, would not come to get the trash, dirty towels, or anything…wouldn’t clean the room. Came once with two towels (no washcloths or hand towels) and said they would come back and get the trash and never showed up. Called the front desk and no one showed up. Even went to the front desk with my sister and told them what happened and was told that housekeeping told her that they offered us services and we refused them. JUST A FLAT OUT LIE! How did we refuse service when he TOLD us he would be back to get the trash and clean? Why would we refuse to have trash removed, dirty towels taken out, the bedding changed and the bathroom cleaned? We called the front desk about it repeatedly and went to the desk. If we refused service they wouldn’t even had heard from us. They were unprofessional. The kitchen workers were rude and disrespectful. My sister went during breakfast and got three muffins, one for me, my cousin and my sister), we’re sitting in the breakfast area and a kitchen worker walks over and is disrespecting my sister telling her she’s not allowed to take more than one of an item, my sister told her, do you not see that we each have one muffin, the worker walked away and goes in the kitchen, being loud because she wanted us to hear her, she said “they tell us to say something and when we do we get attitude, but I would be wrong if I cussed her out”, I said, “excuse me, what is your problem”, and she went to the back room. Never Again!!!!!!

HI is the best option in this community. Staff was pleasant, breakfast bar was adequate and probided a good selection each morning. Room was clean, water pressure was superb in the shower, and the bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Check in was fast & friendly! Rooms were nice & clean! Breakfast was great! Pool was clean but cold so I was not able to utilize the pool! Jacuzzi tub in room was perfect fit for 2 people! Would definitely book again just wish the indoor pool was warm!

Grandsons for the weekend

I went to Tennessee to help with my son and daughter in law with my 3 grandsons because my son and daughter in law was sick. I got my grandsons and took them to the hotel - pool was closed for renovations. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was over the top!!!! Anything there you could think of and it was delicious!!! Carol was in the lobby and I told her about why I was there and that my grandsons we upset because they couldn’t swim. She invited us back and was so nice.
