Golf Hotels in Covent Garden, London

"Walkable environment, the property was within walking distance from restaurants, pubs, transportation and West End shows. The breakfast was was okay - I prefer eating outside the hotel. Here were the cons: I did not enjoy the customer service. When I asked for extra pillows, the staff told me that it wasn't there policy as they only have two pillows for each person. The pillows are very flat and provide no support. I also asked for a water bottle for the room and the staff were very rude. Although I witnessed other patrons asking for the same and were given bottles immediately - no questions asked. Be aware there is an additional fee for a second person to the room for every day they are staying. Completely surprised by that. Lastly. The room is small - similar to a cruise ship stateroom in terms of size. No storage space for more than one luggage/bag. There are some hangers on the wall.The bathroom is sectioned off with semi-frosted glass so you can see someone using the toilet or shower. The room also stays humid after my partner and I took a shower. At the end the staff asked "is there anything we can do" - but by the end of the stay, what was the point of asking that question. Browse other options if you are traveling with someone else or are a person of color. You'll be much more comfortable. We ended up staying in another hotel and LOVED the experience . "

"Lovely spacious, clean room. Good level of soundproofing, no noise from surrounding rooms. Excellent location 6mins walk from Covent Garden Tube Station & 5 mins from the Adelphi Theatre. Breakfast was good, attentive staff and the usual cooked and continental options"
