Extremely clean and well maintained. I traveled with 3 children and 2 small dogs. The fenced in backyard was great for the children as well as our dogs. Very quiet neghbor hood and all of the amenities were as listed. The beds were extremely comfortable. The cabin was perfect. We will defintly be booking again this summer.

The area had been hit hard by an ice storm recently. We appreciated that Jay had the place all cleared of branches and limbs. We didn't use the upstairs bedrooms so can't comment on those, but the master bedroom downstairs had a very comfortable bed. The kitchen, bathrooms, laundry area was well supplied. Very dog friendly with large fenced back yard. Host Jay was easy to contact and replied quickly. We stayed a week and enjoyed visits to the Shiloh Battlefield National Park and the Pickwick State Park. Thank you Jay for your hospitality.

Well priced older home. Cleaning was marginally lacking with some oversight and missed items that were not cleaned well. This wasn’t a deal breaker. The yard was fenced and huge. My 2 dogs loved the space. The yard was a bit unkept and not maintained as I’d personally care for it. But overall the home was as described and centrally located to Lake Pickwick access. We would stay again in hopes some of the areas lacking were fixed. I did message about the cleanliness and got a response back that they would talk to the cleaning people.
