Jan the host was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. The rooms and beds were comfortable and had any extra towels or bedding we needed. The pool and beach items were amazing and there were plenty for the kids. The property is gorgeous and so much fun. There are games to play and the pool and jacuzzi were a huge hit with the family. We had the best time here and I would definitely book again. Thanks Jan so much!!!

This place is great. Our family loved it. The home was clean and extremely well-equipped from the kitchen to the bathrooms to beach towels, chairs, and toys. I am so glad that the original place in Costa Mesa that we tried to book was not available—we would have never known about this place. The hot tub, pool, and patio were an amazing place for our extended family to gather. The host communicated so well and was very attentive to our family. It was also very convenient to Newport Beach!Big plus—walking distance to ann always excellent fish taco place and seafood market, a family favorite, as well as other great restaurants and bars. We’ll be back the next time we’re visiting!Thank you!

We rented the home for a four-man golf trip. The accommodations were nice and comfortable for our group. We used the fold out mattress/pad to sleep one in the living room. The hot tub and firepit were awesome after a day of golf. The back patio area is very inviting and relaxing.

We stayed here with our daughter's family to visit Disneyland. The house was perfect for our needs. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, etc. The backyard space with pool, hot tub, plenty of privacy and spacious outdoor dining area was the highlight of our stay, especially for our grandson who loved the pool. Our host Jan, reached out to us immediately to make sure everything was good and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here again.
