Today deconsecrated, renovations have completely transformed its interior into a finely furnished space while maintaining its original essence on the exterior.
The main entrance is on the ground floor in the large living area furnished with modern furniture, sofas, and armchairs. Also on the ground floor is a spacious, modern, well-equipped kitchen with every appliance. From here, there is direct access to the outdoor patio, equipped with a barbecue and an area shaded by a wisteria for convivial moments in the fresh air.
The two double bedrooms are located on the first floor, connected to the living area by a glass staircase with an iron railing, very elegant and modern in style, though not suitable for those who suffer from vertigo. The upper floor\'s flooring is also glass, supported by a wrought iron architectural structure to enhance the brightness of the space.
A bathroom with a bathtub is on the ground floor. The second bathroom, with a shower, is available on the lower floor, accessed by descending a staircase.
The garden, approximately 1000 square meters, is mostly enclosed, and the pool area is furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas.
