La dulce Villa Portole Due es una acogedora villa independiente construida en piedra que ofrece una piscina privada de generosas dimensiones y espectaculares vistas de las colinas circundantes hasta el lago Trasimeno. Con capacidad para 4 personas en interiores con aire acondicionado recientemente renovados a un alto nivel, Villa Portole Due es la elección perfecta para una pareja o una familia pequeña que buscan unas vacaciones tradicionales de la Toscana con una relación calidad-precio inmejorable. La propiedad está ubicada en las colinas que rodean la famosa ciudad amurallada de Cortona: ¡una excelente ubicación para explorar la Toscana y las zonas más famosas del centro de Italia, como Umbría, Lacio e incluso Roma!

En el interior, la villa es espaciosa y bien ventilada. Ha sido cuidadosamente amueblado con piezas tradicionales para proporcionar una sensación hogareña en pleno respeto de la arquitectura toscana. Villa Portole Due se encuentra en una planta y está rodeada de terrenos privados. Hay una sala de estar con cómodos sofás y TV vía satélite (canales gratuitos), cocina totalmente equipada con zona de comedor (cocina, horno, nevera, congelador, lavavajillas, tostadora, exprimidor de naranjas), 2 habitaciones con aire acondicionado (una doble en suite) y una doble donde las camas se pueden unir bajo petición), 2 baños completos con ducha y una sala de lavandería con lavadora.

En el exterior, los huéspedes disfrutarán del uso exclusivo de la piscina (que mide 8 mx 4 m - profundidad 1,40 m - abierta del 29/04 al 28/10) rodeada de jardines privados (vallados) y provista de hamacas y sombrillas. Una barbacoa, un área de juegos útil para niños y comedores al aire libre se proporcionan para mejorar aún más la experiencia de vacaciones. La piscina y los jardines ofrecen vistas sensacionales, sin obstáculos, sobre el campo circundante con bosques vírgenes y colinas verdes. Las vistas se extienden hasta el pintoresco lago Trasimeno, que se encuentra a poca distancia en coche.

Super Haus - Super Aussicht

Wir waren für 4 Tage als Familie in diesem Tollen Haus, es liegt super ruhig mit einer grandiosen Aussicht, einem Pool und kleinem Spielplatz für Kinder, beides ist abgesperrt und für die alleinige Nutzung. Hervorzuheben ist, dass das Haus sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet ist, Vor allem aber: es war alles sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter Vor Ort waren sehr nett und bei Fragen immer sofort verfügbar. Zum Empfang haben wir sogar einen selbstgemachten Kuchen erhalten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Beautiful villa in a easily accessible part of tuscany

Fantastic property. Owner and her grand daughter very kind and helpful. Lovely pools just be aware it is up a lot of steps. But when you reach it there is loads of space and it is very private. The hous has everything you would need and more. Very quiet area.

This property is fantastic, in a stunning lication. The hosts are extremely friendly and deluvers us fresh produce and a home made cake! The pool is in a fenced area which is great if you have younger children. The views are stunning and I only wish we could have stayed longer....

Excellent property with great views of the valley towards Lago Trasimeno. Very well maintained both inside and outside the property. Peaceful and relaxing. Good quality equipment especially the outside furniture. Great pool with fantastic views.

Beautifully looked after by Rossana, Anna and the team

Our stay was totally made special by the attention to detail of the local caretakers of the villa. They went above and beyond what was expected of them. Nothing was too much trouble. We would happily be looked after by them again. This however is not the case for the company Posarellivillas! They basically made us feel that as soon as we had paid our money they didn’t give a dam! In the villa was a dvd/cd player that was broken. We asked if they could repair or replace it. They absolutely denied that there was a DVD player there and said they would do nothing. The lovely caretakers Rossana and her mum Anna on the other hand went out of their way to get a replacement put in. So we cannot give a bad review based simply on the care we received from the said 2 lovely ladies. Would we choose Posarellivillas again? Not a chance!!!!

Absolutely five star accommodation in a superb location

The accommodation was spotless with all the equipment required for modern living. The views from the property were breathtaking as was the well maintained pool and gardens. Our hosts who lived locally were extremely hospitable and left us with cakes, fresh eggs and even a cold beer in the fridge!!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was absolutely spotless and the outside space so well cared for with a choice of seating area's to suit the time of day. The pool area was fantastic! A lovely house in a beautiful location

The house is kept in excellent condition and we were made to feel very welcome by our host Rosanna. The views from the house over the surrounding countryside are exceptional. Unfortunately the weather was not quite warm enough to try the pool - but we hope to return another year !

Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen, Bar mit Hotel unweit mit der Möglichkeit Lebensmittel einzukaufen. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Höhenlage mit einer traumhaften Blick auf den Lago Trasimeno sehr genossen.

Beautiful villa with amazing views

Lovely villa with amazing views from the garden & pool. My husband, 2 boys & I had a fabulous stay & can't wait to come back to visit again. The beds are extremely comfy so much so we all found it difficult waking up, which is extremely unusual for me as I normally suffer from insomnia! It was just the quiet, tranquil family holiday we all needed. It is quite isolated so a car is definitely an essential although there is a restaurant within walking distance, which served delicious food. It does have an iron & ironing board, which is not mentioned on the list of facilities. We had the most exquisite ice cream I've ever had in Cortona, which was very cheaply priced surprisingly! We went end of July beginning of August 2017 & the weather was between 35-40 degrees, which is hotter than we're used too but was manageable because it was a dry heat (low humidity, which compared with Versace that had a 93% humidity was sticky & full of mosquitoes!!!). There were no bugs or bites from any insects here but we had to save loads of bugs from the pool daily as they kept drowning whilst getting a drink!!! The only things that could've made our stay a little better would have been a microwave in the kitchen/dining room. A working DVD player (which we couldn't get to work at all as it wouldn't keep a DVD in it?). Outside the villa a light or lantern/candle under the white gazebo so we could stay outside longer in the evenings as the mini lampposts gave enough light to see where you're going but not enough to play games/cards or have a few drinks. Other than these minor points it is a beautiful villa, which we intend to return to many times. The housekeeper kindly brought us some fresh eggs & home grown tomatoes, cucumber & herbs, which tasted delicious. I would most definitely be recommending this villa to everyone but not too many so I still get to come back too ;-) Beautiful, amazing place with a Coop for shopping only 15-20 minute drive away to get food & essentials for your stay.
