The open living space features modern, upscale furnishings throughout including a queen size sleeper sofa with room darkening curtains, swivel glider chairs, dining table for four (or sit at the kitchen counter in the 3 counter height stools), 55" flat screen TV, ceiling fan and a stunning kitchen that will far exceed your expectations for a one bedroom. The unit features upgraded cabinetry, granite counters, and modern, stainless steel appliances as well as everything you could need for cooking and serving meals.
The bedroom has a king size bed with luxurious mattress and resort quality linens, two drawer nightstands, a four drawer dresser, a sizable closet that provides plenty of room for all your beach clothes, room darkening curtains over blinds and a ceiling fan to keep you cool at night.
The bathroom features a tub/shower and a brightly lit double vanity with a magnifying make-up mirror. Ample vanity storage and a sizable linen closet provide plenty of room for all your toiletries.
Exit the sliding glass door to the private balcony and enjoy your favorite cup of coffee in the morning while sitting on counter height furniture for four.
