Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was nicely decorated and king bed was comfortable. Balcony was nice to sit out and enjoy coffee. The private pier is wonderful. NOt happy about the pool being closed and we were notified after it was too late to cancel.

Absolutely prefect, everything was on point. Close to everything. Amenities (pool, fishing pier, and fish cleaning station) were all in working order.

Great location, very clean, accommodating condo!

My husband and I took our 2 kids for the weekend of Sand Fest. This location is great. The condo was very clean, comfortable and accommodating. The community pool was very clean also. The kids had fun swimming in the evenings while watching the big ships go by in the channel. Would highly recommend this condo for a couple or small family:)

The location made for a quick in and out. The security officer on site was very kind and did a thorough job, making us feel more secure. The convenience by itself gets five star. Overall nice place. Has a few minor issues.

Overall, the quality is great and the condo was clean. We would stay there again. A couple of minor things that should be improved. When we first entered the condo, it smelled a little bit musty or like mildew. Would be good to have a can of febreeze. The unit did not have a regular broom to sweep the floor. There was a swiffer mop and dust mop, but they did not have pads on them. There was a hand brush with small dust pan. When we were ready checkout, we found an upright vacuum under the bed. That could have been used to sweep, but we didn't know about it until it was too late and we were checking out. The design and look of the shower is great, but the large, square shower head has low water pressure. You should consider getting a shower head with better pressure.
