The room wasnt clean i cleaned it myself. The floor was breaking had about a 6 in down grade and was separating froem the bottom of the wall. There was mold. The phone didnt work. Oh and the beds were horrible. The bedding looked disgusting. I went and got bedding

My buddy’s sink was stopped up,but other than that it was pleasant. I assume we have to ask that our beds be changed. I didn’t ask so it wasn’t changed for 2 night.

Got here for check-in and room was not ready due to “bad day”. Asked for extra towels as we used the pool and got wet and front desk said we were supplied with towels and can’t get more; we had to use hand towels to dry ourselves after shower. Over all of the stay was horrible. Spend your money else where.

The staff at check in was amazing! Also, later on, my support animal was barking while she was alone in the room. The staff was awesome and professional again, letting me know, so I could come back to the room.
