The house was fantastic! The host was extremely helpful from the very beginning after booking, providing very useful information that made the process extremely easy on our end. The house was great and was perfect for our group and made the stay very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this rental and we are planning on booking it again in the future!

Great family trip

House was tidy and clean and a great layout for fishing, relaxing, entertaining and enjoying time with family!!! We had a great time fishing and spending time here. Really nice lighted fishing pier and access to Copano Bay right on the property

Host was very responsive but both nights of our stay the water got really choppy to the point that the water was half way up the driveway….including mud and sand. Also, we had 2 roaches in one of the bedrooms.

Great Spot

We had a great time! Pictures do not do justice as the house is much nicer and was pleasantly surprised. Check in was a bit rough but once figured out, our stay was great. The pier was nice. We really enjoyed our stay and even talking about returning again! Communication before staying was good. Thanks for a nice Rockport stay!

A great getaway

Copano Bay House was our choice for our annual guys fishing trip. The house is spacious and updated inside and very comfortable for our large group. House is well equipped for meal preparation and has entertainment options inside and out. Property is well maintained and management was quick to respond with any issues. Definitely an enjoyable stay.

Perfect Family Getaway for Kayaking, Fishing, and Relaxation!

Our stay at the Bay House was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the place was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. Beds are extremely comfortable as well! The communication with the host was seamless, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The pier is well lit at night and the benches are nice. We were excited to catch a 34” shark, several trout, and gafftops off the pier. Great location for kayaking as well. This vacation rental provided everything we needed for a memorable family vacation. We can't wait to return! Highly recommended!

Labor Day Weekend 2023

I have stayed at this property several times now with friends and family. It is our go to spot for a quick getaway or an extended stay. The views are gorgeous and the fishing is great! The house is bright and clean. Our family loves to cook in the amazing kitchen. We highly recommend this property to anyone!

Memorable Family Vacation at Rockport - 5 Stars!

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay at Rockport! The accommodations were excellent, providing everything we needed for a perfect family vacation. The pier was a true highlight of our trip as we managed to catch a 23" Redfish and even a 2.5 ft shark - a thrilling experience for the whole family! The kids had a blast crabbing and swimming in the water right out back, making cherished memories. A big thank you to the VRBO hosts for making our stay truly remarkable. Copano Bay Stay

We had the best time at this lovely home on Copano Bay. The home is decorated so nicely and well stocked. We didn’t want for anything. All the family really enjoyed the stay. The pier was really nice and we enjoyed fishing so much. Caught some really nice trout too!!

Great Fishing Weekend Getaway!

This property is great! All the comforts of home, and then some! It's a beautiful place, right on the water, great views, huge open spaces both inside and out, well furnished, comfortable beds, big kitchen, and a long lighted pier to boot! What's not to like. Go, stay, you'll like it, and will wish you could have stayed longer!

Great House

Thanksgiving 2021

One of the best places we have ever stayed! There was more than enough room for our family Thanksgiving. We are a family of cooks, so we spent a lot of time in the kitchen and it was spacious and had all of the amenities. Fishing was great despite the weather and everyone had a great time. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful peoperty and

This was one of the better properties we’ve stayed. Everything was better than expected except for few things that needed an attention. First was the entrance to the main door and its code was inoperable which was a known issue but I wasn’t apprised until I had to reach out to the property management for troubleshooting. Second,, the mattress in one of the main bedroom was old and saggy which was covered up with a memory foam that didn’t resolve the problem and caused every night of tossing and turning trying to find a comfortable position. Finally, the floor inside the house seemed to be uncleaned from the previous visitors because it was definitely noticeable on our bare feet. Overall, my family and I enjoyed the stay and it’s beautiful view of the water from the property and will consider revisiting in the future.
