Great Little Getaway

Great little getaway for me and my girlfriends. Proximity to the beach, perfect! I didn’t like the house being 3 floors cause it was hard to carry the luggage up 3 flights but other than that, it was great!

Great Vacation spot

We had a great Labor Day weekend celebrating two birthdays even with the rain. Close drive to the beach, easy check in process, and lots of space. Only thing I noted needing was a dustpan in the kitchen. The beds for all of us were too hard. Some prefer them that way, but we all didn’t sleep well. Minor issues for a great beach stay.

Worth the trip

Our group of 9 had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and well kept. Definitely worth the trip and a great place to stay.

great place!

great place. Spacious for two families. Close to the beach but it was a good 10-15 minutes walk which was Doable but definitely bring a wagon to haul your stuff. however i would recommend renting a golf car. We didn’t and i’m not sure if we could since we had two cars and the parking spaces were only big enough to fit two vehicles. Community pool was right next to us which the kids loved too. Will def book again.

Good & Bad

The inside of the property was nice. The handle to the freezer part of the fridge was broken, we emailed to let them know when we got there. They sent someone the next morning - he came right inside without even knocking. Said he'd be back to fix it, never came back. My husband told him if he just brought him an allen wrench that fit, he could fix it. That never happened. There was one small bar of soap for THREE bathrooms. Had to call to ask for soap, which took HOURS to get there (even though they said the housekeeping staff were on the property doing cleanings). I could've gone to the "office" to get more soap, but they said the "office" is off the property near the ferry landing, not on the property. There is construction going on RIGHT NEXT DOOR, so if you don't like loud construction noise at 7:45am, I would suggest a different place. Parking is super tight. Our vehicle was hit more than once with a golf cart. The notebook inside with info regarding your stay included a number you could text for golf cart rental prices. We sent a text & never got a response. I would suggest a small table or dresser for the master bedroom... there is nothing but 2 side tables to set anything on, and those are not big enough for hardly anything. If you have small children, there was a pack-n-play, high chair to go on a regular chair, sippy cups, and child silverware. We didn't need any of that though. They gave an ample amount of towels, which was appreciated, since we were there 5 days & didn't have to request more towels. TVs were a bit tricky to operate, especially the one in the master where the cable box was just hanging behind the wall-mounted TV (couldn't make good connection with remote). I got numerous texts & emails prior to stay, but none were specific on how the check-in process would work. I finally got one the day of saying they needed a copy of my ID emailed to them. I emailed it... waited... they never sent key code. Then they said they never got the email. Had to send again. Finally got code. We enjoyed our stay besides the issues, but the construction noise every freaking morning & all day long (luckily we were at the beach most of the day) was the most annoying.

The place was nice decorated really cute and close to the beach. However the pool was really small and the parking not ideal! The house was a little musty we got some Lysol and took care of that, I’m assuming most places by the beach smell that way! The kitchen was fully stocked! Overall the place was real cute plenty of room for 8 of us!

Beautiful house!

The house was perfect size and in a great location. The balcony was nice and peaceful any time we were out enjoying it. There was plenty of room to spread out and house was super clean! Only complaint is parking, the entire complex is in a super small area, only one car in/out at a time. When the complex is full of people, the unit is more difficult to navigate into because it's towards the very end. Property management was able able help us with extra parking Other! Other than that, we had a great stay!

It has everything!

Great property! The kitchen is stock with everything you need! Layout is roomy and comfortable! Pool is big and clean. Our only less than 5 star comment is the parking. It is tight and limited but with a little planning doable. We would definitely stay here again!

What an awesome place!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this condo and was just as awesome as the 1st time. So clean and an easy hop skip and jump to the beach. The condo is great as it has 3 bedrooms and each room has it's own bathroom. we will for sure book again soon!
