Ocean Pearl SIV36, is wonderful condo is located on the 2nd floor of the beachfront building in fabulous Sea Isle Village. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds with ensuite bathroom. The guest bathroom off the hallway now features a walk in shower. The open living room and kitchen is a great place for gathering. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook your catch of the day and the dining room has plenty seating for everyone. This unit has a spacious deck that overlooks the beach and the sand dunes. There is 1 TV in the unit and one DVD player. This spacious condo sleeps 6 guests. Sorry pets are not allowed and smoking is permitted outside only. Come enjoy the direct ocean breezes this true island condo has to offer! There is parking allowed for ONE vehicle at this unit. If you are to rent a golf cart, you must go to the onsite Sea Isle Village office and get a parking pass from them. Parking passes are required. STR#200015449

Fun days at the beach

We enjoyed our stay in Port Aransas. This was our first visit. If only the rental company could have controlled the weather and given us more sun and warm weather, it would have been perfect. We had a great time nevertheless! Great location near shopping and restaurants and close enough to walk to the beach!

Great location, quiet property

All as advertised, older building but well kept. Perfect location to town & beach. Very easy beach access up path which was very clean & lit. Balcony has a great view & breeze. Kitchen has all required items supplied, just bring your food & drinks. Pool was clean & directly across from condo. Would stay here again.
