Villa Levanda is a beautiful 210 m2 one level villa situated in the exlusive north-east area of Corfu,offering privacy,sea views,lush spacious gardens with flowers and trees,a private swimming pool,BBQ and it is at a distance of 70 meters from Coyevinas beach.The swimming pool is 53m2 large (and there is also a children's swimming pool section).The villa has 4 bedrooms,each one with air conditioning and en suite bathroom(a total of 5 bathrooms),a working room (which has a single bed) a WC next to the entrance and a storage room.It is spacious and comfortable and gives the sensation of outdoor/indoor living.The living room has large sliding patio doors leading out to a canopied dining area overlooking the swimming pool.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.

Quiet location 30 minutes walk from Kassiopi

The villa is set in beautiful gardens in a really quiet location. It’s a 15 minute walk uphill to the nearest bar (mythos -cheap and cheerful but nice meze and great service) and a very good supermarket -Niko’s - who will deliver shopping over €70 for free. 2 minutes walk turning left from the villa to a beautiful, quiet shingle beach. If you turn right from the villa and then left, it leads to a beautiful bay with a very nice fish restaurant- a bit more expensive but very nice. It’s about 30 minutes walk to Kassiopi which has a wide range of bars, restaurants - would highly recommend Virginia’s for lovely Greek meze and great views. Taxis from Kassiopi were a bit hit and miss in June. The villa looks better than the photos, very spacious and comfortable and the pool is fantastic. The 4 bedrooms are identical in layout and facilities. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful setting

The villa itself was spacious and had everything we needed. We arrived late in the evening so the welcome pack was a bonus. The cleaner came every day but one. The only issue was the distance from the town which was mainly on an unlit narrow road, however a taxi was only 6 Euros. Would suggest booking a taxi well in advance as they were a bit hit and miss. Lots of restaurants in Kassiopi, recommend Melina Bay Hotel restaurant and Kimi on the harbour front. Overall, a nice, relaxing stay in a fabulous property.

Beautiful villa, very private and relaxing! Lovely layout and very well kept.

Beautiful villa, very private, peacefuls and relaxing! House is very well designed and beautifully maintained. Cleaner came nearly every day. It’s a bit of a walk into kassioppi but we did it in the evenings and got a taxi back. Aclavi beach much nearer and lovely restaurant there on the beach front. Pool was fantastic and the grounds stunning! Fantastic villa, we highly recommend it

Gorgeous villa with great facilities in brilliant location

We had a wonderful holiday here, it's a beautiful villa with all mod cons and a short walk to a quiet stony beach. Easy walk into Kassiopi where there are lovely restaurants and bars and lovely harbour and shops. Would recommend this location and this villa to everyone. Wish we were still there !

Very clean spacious quiet near the sea and beach. Pool super clean

The only problem was no handbook to let us know emergency telephone numbers ie doctors hospital taxi . No instruction to use cooker and hob no extra towels we were one persons short of towels thank goodness we had taken out beach towel.

Wonderful villa for a family holiday, beach nearby and a short path walk to the village.

A great holiday, accommodation was perfect and the cleanliness of the villa, pool and grounds were second to none. A few minor queries during the holiday were dealt with very quickly. Definitely recommend this villa and Corfu to anyone looking for sunshine and a holiday.
