The hotel itself is lovely with an excellent buffet selection for breakfast and we had a room with a partial seaview.
My biggest complaint would be that booking via Expedia I chose a room with a Queen and a Single bed as I was travelling with my sister. I also confirmed with the hotel directly that there would be two separate beds but at no point was I told that one of these would have to be a sofa bed unless we were prepared to accept a concept I’d personally never heard of - Austrian bedding. I have travelled to Austria, Finland and many places where I’ve requested and got a twin room. So this ridiculous bedding arrangement was not something I would ever opt to have.
Had a sofa bed ever been mentioned in ANY of the details about this hotel (from them or Expedia) I would not have booked as I do not like to chance the quality of a sofa bed.
As it was, it was a comfortable one but I feel this should have been made clearer.
The rooms are well sound proofed as the area was noisy on arrival but we couldn’t hear it in our room.
The place is also VERY hard to find and it took 3 attempts driving up and down the road to finally spot it (if you find the Oasis Hotel it is right next door).
Overall a lovely hotel unless you need twin beds and you aren’t happy with a sofa bed.
