I recoment this hotel have a good location is near to the bus station ,downton,museum the palacio de hierro and teleferico.

El hotel no corresponde a lo que se paga. Las habitaciones son feas, sin mobiliario, sucias, sin mantenimiento y las camas incómodas, para mala suerte, además nos tocó una habitación con vista al estacionamiento y desde ahí se ve lo descuidadas que están las instalaciones en general. El desayuno incluído solo son dos huevos con frijoles y café, aunque tienen un menú bastante completo a precios accesibles, pero el sabor de la comida no es el mejor. En general, no recomiendo el hotel, estoy seguro que debe haber mejores opciones en Orizaba.

La Habitación estuvo en remodelación, no tenia teléfono, closet ni cajones, muy precaria. Deberián de informar como estan las instalaciones antes de reservar.

En el baño no tenía jabón para lavarse las manos, las paredes no estaban bien pintadas, estaban sucias, los muebles viejos y rallados, las almohadas muy feas, la ropa de maca súper sencilla, no había toalla para secarse las manos, no te dan botellas de agua en la habitación, no había papel en el baño, se tenía que pedir más toallas porque no habían suficientes en el baño y me salieron dos cucarachas

Uno diría que cumple la función de llegar a descansar, y medianamente se puede decir eso. El WiFi es bastante deficiente. Si lo que buscan es quedarse un rato en la habitación para trabajar o navegar en sus dispositivos, el WiFi no servirá. El estacionamiento tiene pocos espacios, así que, o llegas temprano en la noche para meter tu coche, o tendrás que dejarlo en la calle y pagar el parquímetro.

El baño

El baño estaba tapado de la coladera y había mucha agua desde que llegamos no lo pudieron limpiar porque no había personal, eso fue lo que dijeron en recepción, solo me dieron una escoba con un trapo y tuve que limpiarlo, a la hora de bañarme fue incómodo porque toda el agua quedaba estancada y todo el baño tenía agua. El colchón estaba duro.
