Floor is uneven in rooms. Room I stayed in had no desk so I had to eat on the bed. 1office chair with white stains (it looked uncomfortable but I didn't sit on it) was the only seating in the room. Nothing that resemble the closet to hang my clothes. I asked the front desk and they assured me that there's a bar sticking out of the wall I can hang my garments on. No dresser or drawers to put my belongings. The entertainment center was old and had holes in the bottom if you open the doors. Bathroom was newly remodeled said front desk but not room. No intentions on redoing the rooms. Bathroom sink was clogged. And countertop surface was not attached to the vanity. Close it down 0/10. The nastiest hotel I have ever seen. Before you stay here stay in the OYO hotel off exit 68. Same kind of facility but half the price if you really don't care where you lay your head.

4 bags of garbage left beside our room door, had to then go down to front desk to let them no as the phone in the room did not work. Floor dirty and sticky. No blankets just very thin sheets and duvet if you can call it that. Will not be returning.

The person in the next room had a police scanner on most of the night. We got little sleep. The front desks did deal with it eventually but it ruined our stay. The room also had a leaky faucet in the bathroom with continually dripping water. I reported it. Staff were wonderful.

When I checked out the front desk said they would check my room then refund my money back to my card for the security deposit. Instead they charged my card another security deposit. I stayed because I work night shift at a hospital and bad winter weather so I was only there to eat, sleep and shower between my shifts. I have tried calling the hotel multiple times. When I first called their response was that is just how it looks on my bank statement I called my bank which informed me no you have been charged for your room and security deposit on check in and then another security deposit for the same amount at check out. I tried calling back and either they do not answer or hang up, my husband attempted to call and when he told them my name and why he was calling they said let me check and then hung up on him. I called the cooperate number they told me it was individually owned and I would need to contact the property, they also told me to contact hotels.com I booked through to issue the refund I informed them I did not pay the security deposit through hotels.com I paid it at the front desk upon check in so it’s not included on my hotels.com receipt, the hotel is the one that needs to issue the refund. Basically paid double for the room with all the security deposits I was charged my bank told me everything has posted to my account and there are no refunds showing pending. Also was woken up the first day due to a fire alarm going off & kids screaming.

This stay was okay for 1 overnight, not for more than that. The place needs an air purifier or plug ins because it reeked body order and cigarettes. The hallway were narrow. The walls and floor are paper thin you can hear everything. The sink was not attached to wall I thought that was kinda weird. But the staff were nice and it's in a decent area.
