The only issue is small cramped rooms. I was to get king size instead I got queen. Not much room in Bathroom to put stuff on. Looks like there doing some remodeling which was fine. The pool should have been an outdoor pool not indoors.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Love the pillows. Also really glad it was pet friendly. The little treat package for our fur baby was adorable and greatly appreciated. We normally stay at LaQuinta but now have another option.

Hotel was extremely run down. Tiles falling off the bathroom walls, Dirt and filth on the tiles in the bathroom. The place looked like it had t been updated since built. The only good thing was the hot at check in was somewhat friendly after 13 hour drive or we would have left and found someplace else. First and last experience with a Microtel .

We liked the pricing and the location is convenient. Our room didn't have any where to hang clothing and that was very inconvenient. The floors in our room could've been cleaner and our room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking facility.

The facility is dirty the front desk service people are nice but our room and the elevator and halls were filthy and our floor in our room was warped our refrigerator door couldnt open it drug on the floor very disappointed

The staff was super friendly and obviously making an effort: fresh cookie on arrival, water bottle upon checkout. The room was dated, but very clean and comfortable. Halls were not well swept. It appeared some areas were being updated, so that’s promising!

The hotel appeared to be going through a remodel. The hallways had an odor of paint and dirty carpet. Also strong pet odor in hallway. Couldn't enjoy the free breakfast because they allowed pets in the room where the food was being prepared. It was disgusting. Barking dogs in hallway at 6am. This seem to be a pet hotel that allowed humans to stay. Staff was friendly but I would not recommend.

The reviews were better than the property itself. It looks like they have tried/are trying to do some updating, but it looks better outside than inside. The reception area is very cramped. Poor design. Congested. The staff ... well I'm sorry to interrupt what you're doing, but if you just spoke two words it might help. Seemed friendly when I spoke, but otherwise, nothing ... not a word. There are better options, so next time I guess I'll ignore the good reviews and all the "10's". This property is barely a 5 or 6. Certainly not a "10" ...
