Very poor customer service and room service. Poor cleanliness. Staff not very friendly. They always seemed annoyed, like you were bothering them if you ask them for anything. The front desk kept it a secret from guests that their elevator has not worked for months, after which they just fixed it, but it took three weeks to get it inspected. It was not until you're trying to check in that guests find out all this. Then when you ask why this isn't posted on their site, they rudely tell you that you can go to another hotel if you're not willing to climb up and down the stairs for the duration of your stay. There were roaches and ants in our room, and quite possibly bed bugs or dust mites or whatever. Something bit my daughter and she ended up gave her a reaction and she ended up admitted in the hospital for treatment.
I imagine people resign themselves to staying there because it's the cheapest hotel to family that you are visiting. The only mildly positive thing is the free breakfast. Although there wasn't a huge selection to choose from.
