Great Hotel - Clean, Quiet, Friendly

Clean, well decorated room. I slept great here. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There is a very cool bar area downstairs by the lobby that I would have loved to hang out in if I had more time. Highly recommend.

Great location, not the best customer service.

When arrived, we were given room key card. Got to the room and it had not been cleaned from previous users. Went to receptionist who didn't acknowledge or apologise for this, and just gave a new room. Location of hotel is great, service could be better.

We weren’t happy with the people that work there. They seemed very fake and it made us uncomfortable. We waited in the waiting area for our room after a long travel day so we were resting while we had to wait for our room since they didn’t have early check in, one of the owners (I assume) kept creeping into the room where my brother was laying down many times I should’ve spoken up and said something but it made me uncomfortable and upset. It was just rude. And all of a sudden, a man we hadn’t spoken to said our room was ready which was fine but it was giving they wanted us out of the waiting room. We would never stay here again.

We first stayed for three nights and then returned two weeks later for four. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced in comparison to everything around there. The neighborhood was quiet with great access to Rosenborg Castle its park and all the walking street has to offer. Lots of good restaurants close by. A bit of a walk from the metro, 8-10 minutes but other than that we had a wonderful stay.

You get what you pay for - basic facilities in an old hotel which is currently being refurbished. Room needs modernising with a new bathroom as a bit tired. Beds were comfy and clean. Staff very welcoming and helpful, breakfast ok, walking distance to centre.

Freebies and friendly staff

Super friendly staff who were always offering up the umbrellas or making sure we were aware of the free coffee, tea, and the social hour with free wine. The room was clean and overall comfortable. A little bit noisy but convenient location for public transit and sightseeing.

They were remodeling during my stay, so noise during the day but perfect location with convenient access to transportation and could walk to every part of the city easily so the noise rarely affected me since you could stay out all day easily
