It was very poor that we had to wait until 6pm to check in because the cleaning staff were so slow. The first GSR that I talked to said that the rooms were not available at the moment. I understood since I had come in at 1pm. I told her that I needed a first level due to knee replacements. She said she would note it down. She gave the person before me a room but said nothing for me. I was told to return at 3pm. I returned at 430 pm to give them some time and the next GSR (male) was very rude and said that they did not have rooms available and that I was to return in 30 minutes. I returned at 6pm and was told that they did not have a first-floor room for my wife and myself and that the lady at first shift did not know what she was doing, and it was too late for me to cancel. I have stayed in Motel 6 all over the US and this had been the worst experience I have had.

It was okay. A place to sleep. Kind of loud because of the highway. Staff was friendly enough. Clean enough. Good enough for a solo stay. When my wife comes along, I think I'll go a couple stars up from here

Front desk clerk very nice and helpful. I wanted a downstairs room and the only one left was next to road. She advised me it would be noisy due to traffic, and even let me look at the room first. I went ahead and took it. It was noisy but the traffic died down later in the evening and it was ok. One of the best staffed motel 6s I’ve stayed at.

There was a dirty towel hanging in bathroom when I checked in, floors were dirty, I had to wash my feet after walking barefoot across them. No safety lock on door. I was traveling alone, was uncomfortable as there was a man on the bottom floor sitting outside drinking, had door to room open and there was trash and beer cartons in plain site. Noticed more unsavory looking people on stairs and walkways

We had a good kingsized bed but no appliances, not even a kettle. The water had to run fir several minutes to finally get hot. There was no nonslip mat in the tub and the toilet seat collapsed when I sat on it. Onky 2 tiny bars of soap.

Always appreciate that Motel 6 allows and does not charge for pets. Room was fine but the walls were thin and I heard someone’s TV all night. No breakfast included.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, WOKE UP WITH LOUD BANGS IN THE ROOM ABOVE ME AT 4 AM. TOOK A SHOWER THAT WAS COLD, USED THE TOLIET WHICH WAS PLUGGED AND OVERFLOWED WITH HUMAN WASTE ONTO THE BATHROOM FLOOR. I CALLED THE OFFICE AND WAS TOLD TO COME GET A PLUNGER, THE MAINTANCE MAN WOULD FIX THE SHOWER WHEN HE CAME IN. I REQUESTED THE MAINTANCE MAN FIX THE TOILET AND LEFT AT 5AM AFTER A COLD SHOWER. I CAME BACK AROUND 10 AM , TOTALY EXHAUSTED AND COLD AND THE TOLIET WAS NOT FIXED. I REQUESTED ANOTHER ROOM, WHICH I WAS TOLD WOULD BE AVAIABLE AT 1PM BUT WAS NOT READY THEN. I LEFT AGAIN AND RETURNED AT 2PM AND WAS TOLD THE ROOM I WAS TO OCCUPY WAS BEING CLEANED. I WENT TO THE ROOM AND REQUESTED TO SEE IT. THE HOUSEKEEPER WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THE DESK CLERK AND I COULD HEAR HER SAY "DO YOU WANT ME TO TELL HER TO LEAVE". THE HOUSEKEEPER REFUSED TO LET ME SEE IT SO I LEFT AND GOT A ROOM AT ANOTHER HOTEL FOR THE 3 NIGHTS I HAD PREPAID FOR AT THE MOTEL 6. I REQUESTED A REFUND BUT I HAVE BEEN DENIED. I AM 66 YEARS OLD AND I HAVE SEVERAL BAD HEALTH ISSUES. I HAD A VERY DIFFICULT TRIP FROM ALASKA BEFORE I CHECKED IN AND I HAD TOLD THIS SAME DESK CLERK THAT I WAS EXHAUSTED AT CHECK IN AROUND 5 PM THE NIGHT BEFORE THE COLD SHOWER AND PLUGGED TOLIET. DON'T STAY HERE EVER.
