A beautiful location! Close to everything in this very walkable town. Free parking on site of the hotel. Disappointed that the staff didn't have recommendations for food/beverages in the area. The room seemed a bit damp, but that was easily rectified.

Quaintly located on the water, close to bball hall of fame, convenient to downtown Cooperstown. Staff were nice, and adjacent restaurant was convenient for dinner and breakfast. They included a ride in boat on lake (didn't use) and coupons for adjacent restaurant. BUT, decor very dated and felt like 80's motel. Bathroom had pedestal sink (no counters) and VERY low toilet. Shower was good. There were ants traps outside, lots of dead ants, and inside a lot of flying gnat-type bugs. Location great, quaint setting good, flying bugs not good.

They’re really helpful. We arrived really late the night of check in and someone forgot to wait for us. My family and I had to sleep in the car that night. The next morning. I told the owner and management. Both were very responsive , issuing a credit for the prior day, providing many meal vouchers and extending their sincerest apologies. They did right by us.

The room smelled musty. The bathroom door were not close. I had to slam it several times to get it closed. I think if they change the rug and take those curtains down no rug it would be better. They are too close to the water to have a rug and curtains I don’t think I’d stay again.
