This property was the perfect place to stay for our week in Cooperstown. The house is immaculate and so cozy, while also having so much room to spread out. The hosts have thought of everything, the location couldn’t be better, and we plan to recommend to other families coming from our town in the future. Such a wonderful stay!!!

Wonderful property with plenty of room for our party of 5. The loft with the air hockey and foosball was a big hit. The house was stocked with plenty of the basics that we needed and was very clean.

Perfect for a Cooperstown Week

The house is perfect for a family or 2 families coming to Dreams Park for the week. It’s an easy 5 minute drive from the park, enabling quick drives back for air conditioning and meal breaks inbetween games. Bedrooms were all comfortable and the house was immaculately clean and well kept. The deck is large and beautiful- very peaceful at nighttime. We will be recommending it to next year’s families for sure.

Beautiful home and close to CDP

Very well maintained and extremely clean! The three bedrooms were spacious as well as the loft area. The home is set back from the road with an expansive lawn area. We were able to come back to the house in between games and get out of the sun. From the home to the CDP parking lot was about 8-10 minutes. Overall, very happy with our stay! All the amenities, dishes, pans and little things (starter coffee pods, sugar) were perfect!

The perfect home for our family!

We are so happy we chose Home Plate for our Cooperstown vacation. It was the perfect space for our family! Our group included five adults and one teen (my husband and I, our 15-year-old son, my mom, and my in-laws), and everyone was very comfortable. The home was extremely clean and smelled fresh upon arrival, which we really appreciated. It had all the amenities we needed, especially since we cooked a few meals during our stay. The outdoor area was a great spot to relax before and after long days at the ballpark. My sons favorite spot was the loft area! Dreams Park was even closer than we expected, and getting into town was quick and easy as well. Everything was exactly as described, and Cooperstown Stay was very easy to work with throughout the process. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
