If I could give it 10 stars I would. The place was immaculate, and the host Maria was extremely compassionate and attentive to all our needs going above and beyond to make our stay great. The location is perfect if you are looking to be closes to Cooperstown and all the attractions. Everything was as pictured and up to date. Check out and check in was simple. It had everything that you would need. You will not be disappointed. I definitely would stay again.Thank you, Maria, for your hospitality.

Maria was very friendly and accommodating and made us feel welcome right away. The house was clean from top to bottom. The property is in a quiet area and offers lots of privacy. My wife absolutely loved how "cute" the house is and said many times she wished we could move the house back to Delaware with us. We were in the area to play 3 games at doubleday field which is only 8 minutes away, making for an easy commute every day. We will most likely be returning every year to stay at Marias. The only thing we would have liked that was missing was a fire pit to have a camp fire on cold nights. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommended staying at Marias house if you are visiting Cooperstown.

Enjoyed Stay

Enjoyed stay but home had a weird smell throughout the home. It’s very quiet and beautiful property with lots of greenery and surrounding trees. The older home is well kept and outdated with appliances. We were scheduled to check out at 11:00 am but cleaning lady came at 10:00 am and stated checkout was at 10 am not 11:00 am. I checked double-checked and was at 11 am. We let her start cleaning and rushed to leave. We didn’t like that at all. We were gone most of the time. It was a pleasant and quiet stay.

Good Stay Spacious Rooms

Overall rated Good. Very clean. No phone connectivity yes internet - no calls in or out. Dead zone understand and - so just post it on site. Real drapes/curtains needed to sleep past 5 a.m. Attended baseball Dream Park - community very welcoming and this house close to park and Cooperstown a plus.

Great House for Cooperstown Baseball Tournament

House met all of our needs while we were here for our son’s baseball tournament. Easy 10 minute drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park. House had everything we needed to make our trip the perfect experience.

Excellent place to stay for Cooperstown baseball experience!

My family stayed at this home for my son’s week in Cooperstown playing baseball. The house was perfect for what we were looking for very close to the park, which made travel easy back-and-forth from games. The yard was absolutely gorgeous and the owner of the property was so kind! She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and perfect! I would highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a place to stay near Cooperstown Field of dreams!

Renovated Cottage Cooperstown
