A short walk to the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Main Street where there are plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. Walk to town, grab some sandwiches and enjoy them at lakefront park overlooking the crystal clear waters of Otsego Lake. The grocery store is also very convenient, walkable, or just a short drive.

This apartment is part of a large historic Victorian home in the Cooperstown Village, a nod to times of the past with modern updates. Updated in Spring 2021, freshly painted, new appliances, and new furnishings. This cute village apartment is a great way to enjoy Cooperstown NY with convenience and ease.

Located on the first floor with a beautiful private front porch perfect for enjoying the morning sun. Inside this cozy space, there is an efficient kitchen with laundry, as well as a comfortable living room. Beautiful original woodwork, hardwood floors, and large windows showcase craftsmanship from long ago. A true Cooperstown Classic.

76 Baseball Apartment is the perfect location for visiting Cooperstown! It was a very easy, quick walk to restaurants, shopping and the Hall of Fame. Having a dedicated parking space at the apartment was also convenient. The apartment was clean and better than the pictures! The front porch was a great place to spend time, too. I can’t say enough how good of a value this property was. Whether you’re staying for one night or seven they have everything you need to enjoy your stay. This place was perfect for me and my daughter to stay while my husband and son stayed at Dreams Park. It was a quick, easy ride to the ballpark and beautiful, short walk to all the shops, restaurants, and Hall of Fame located on the Main Street.
