Great experience

Stefano was a fantastic host, and the apartment was gorgeous. Fantastic amenities and really friendly customer service provided which added to the experience. Apartment is in the heart of Como, and right next to Lake Como. Great food and drinks nearby and many different bars/restaurants. Would recommend and will be coming back again in the future.

Great stay at a lovel apartment

Hard to find. We had to ring owner and we wete literally outside. Not hotel bit apartment within a block of apartments. Very secure- 4 keys to get into your room. Booked lakeside view which could be seen from side window. Apartment was huge wuth a fantastic bathroom and huge bath. Owner made aware we celebrating my birthday and he very kindly left a bottle of prosecco in room. Very thoughtful. Lots of bars/restaurants in locality.

Me and my mum visited Como for a few days and this was the perfect place to stay! It was so easy to find as it was located very close to the train station. The host Stefano is absolutely lovely. He was in touch at all times for anything extra we needed, fresh towels and more tea etc. He even left us a bottle of wine which we thought was a lovely touch. He sent us a list of recommendations/resturants and even suggested we went to Lugano Switzerland and we did it was beautiful! The room itself was beautiful. So much character and very Italian. Huge bed which was very comfy and the bathroom was also huge and so clean! Tv with Netflix too. The location is perfect as its very walkable, right next to the ferry to catch to Bellagio etc and right near Como centre for resturants. We had the best time here and would definitely return!

Great option for experiencing Lake Como

A wonderful, cosy, full of old world Italian charm option close to all the sights of Como and a stones throw from the pier. Stefano was a very welcoming host and we even had a bottle of sparkling wine, a few cans of Fanta and some bottled water waiting for us on arrival. It has a lovely big bathroom and the bed was really comfy. Our room also had a view of the lake.

Great place to stay. Very large room and bathroom with heated towel rail. Fantastic location and great host. Even had an elevator. Only down side was noise at night from a bar outside, we were there on a Friday and Saturday night!

Wow a great find. Beautiful large room and bathroom. Great view of Lake Como. Stefano was a fantastic host. Nothing was to much trouble. Gave me so many recommendations. Close to the marina, station Como Lago. Restaurants and bars all working distance and the Funicolare is 3 mins walk. Amazing will stay there again

Wonderful location and great host. I highly recommended staying here. Clean and easy to find. There is a fabulous restaurant you can see out the window down in the parking lot. Best pasta we have had during our 3 week trip and amazing salads too.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Como. It was perfectly located with a view of the water. Our room was quite big with a large bathroom as well. The bed was extremely comfortable and we were given a nice complementary bottle of sparkling wine. It was a great stay. Thank you Stefano.

Just 5 minutes walking from Como Lago train station. Pretty view from window, nice and clean. New moderns bathroom with rain shower and big bathtub. Also has electrical fast drying rack for towels/clothes. Location is close to everything: ferry, funicular, train station, cathedral , restaurants and food stores.

Great Location and Host!

The B&B is in a great location, next to cafes, bars and restaurants. The host Stefano is fantastic and took care of us. He greeted us at checkin and helped us with check out. The room is very spacious as is the bathroom. We had a problem with our air conditioner and Stefano resolved it immediately. Great service from excellent host! I would certainly stay here again!!!!!

I had thought this was a hotel but it was actually more a B&B with rooms in an apartment style building. It room was lovely and had a fabulously large bathroom. Everything was very clean and had a well-stocked free minibar. You could also see beautiful Lake Como from our window. It was easy to walk to everything you needed and right on the water in the center of town. We could not have asked for more. The only issue was Expedia relayed our information incorrectly - stating we were a couple with a baby but my daughter is a teenager so they didn't expect another bed. However, the owner and caretaker immediately fixed our issue and did not charge us any different in price which was so wonderful of them. I would highly recommend this B&B!

Stephano provided excellent directions to find the accommodation upon arrival. As well as met us up front to explain the key system in person. The multiple keys needed to enter the building provided an extraordinary sense of safety while traveling. The room was clean, had a beautiful view of lake como and completed with complimentary bottle of Prosecco and such necessities like towels, shampoo, etc. Stephano was amazing providing recommendations for travel, food and such around the town. He also was easily contactable for all our needs via WhatsApp chat. The location is ideal walking distance to ferry, train, shopping and dining. The funicular is just minutes away too.This wonderful stay made our trip less stressful and more enjoyable!

Stefano is kind, gracious and very accommodating. We would stay again! The location is fabulous, across from the lake, close to all amenities including ferry for the lake, train station and taxi stands. Great shopping near by. I almost hesitate to give it such a great review as this place really should be a treasured secret!
