Do not stay at this hotel

This was an absolute DISASTER of a hotel. It is located miles outside of the city and even the taxis will not serve you there. We had to figure out public transport and couldn't even stay in town in the evening. The Hotel is literally a building site and I am not sure if they are putting it up or taking it down. They locked the gates at night and there was no one from 8pm until 7 the following morning if anything went wrong. The people were nice enough, but really terrible.

A pleasant stay

It's a pleasant stay. Good breakfast. Room looks new. The location is only good if you have a car. Parking is not a problem. The only complaint is wifi/internet connection is very poor.

Nice place not far away from Como centrum

Good service with staff very nice, we stayed 2 nights and the room was cleaned which was very pleasant, buffet breakfast was nice. Location not great but considering the affordable price it makes sens.

The property is quiet. Hot water was not available when I arrived. Staff were notified and they reset or turned on the hot water then it was available. The bathrooms and showers are too small. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Major problem no heat in the room for two days out of our three day stay! We froze to death trying to sleep. Staff claimed the local ordinances disallow heat usage till mid October for Green reasons but a nearby restaurant we had dinner at had heat. It was a very cold, rainy winter weather stay and we were miserable. I guess on the third day they broke down and turned on the heat with everybody complaining! To be honest and fair the staff were very friendly and helpful but I won’t be back

Pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was.

I booked this last minute based on the reviews. I agree the hotel room is surprising nice, clean and spacious. It had everything we needed for our stay. When we arrived, the outside lights were not working and it was dark so it seemed a little sketchy since it was my first time seeing the place. The staff was super friendly and explained why it was so dark outside. Once inside the room, I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was really good too. I would stay here again.

Disappointing

Wasn’t aware of the construction work going on before our stay - the whole place looks partially built and deserted. Staff were lovely but the whole place looked run down and didn’t feel that safe. Miles away from the centre - make sure you have a car!

Nice & quiet

Great place to stay, quiet area. Nice little cafe on the corner. Bus drop off right in front of hotel. If you don’t have a car there’s not much to walk to. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only complaint is that we were supposed to get a balcony room & we got a little patio out back that was not very comfortable to sit on. Breakfast was perfect
